Tara is originally from London England and has lived and studied in several countries around the world.

She has now settled in Northern California and brings with her a thirst for inner and outer beauty along with a love for nature, herbs, flower essences, animals, meditation, and fitness.

As she fulfills her dream as co-owner of Shambhala Ranch Retreat Center in Mendocino County she has woven a life of tranquility, health and beauty in offering a sanctuary in the Mendocino hills for guests to come reflect and rejuvenate from their daily life.

Tara uses several different body therapy techniques using essential oils as a vehicle which allows for deep healing experience and based on her diverse spiritual and professional experience, along with studies in energy work, aromatherapy, Raindrop therapy, shamanism, Rosenwork, and psychology. She allows these techniques to aide in opening the door to experience a deeper healing.
